Are you looking to be an active participant in this incredible watershed? Molalla River Watch has open positions on our Board of Directors and we are seeking passionate individuals who are anxious to get their paddle in the water!

The Board of Directors’ Role:

In order to continue to achieve our organization’s mission, we are dependent on passionate community involvement, a diverse and committed Board of Directors, well-qualified action-driven staff members and strong partnerships with other organizations, governmental entities, landowners, and the greater watershed community.

Together we strive to be good stewards of the Molalla River Watershed, recognizing the important strengths that come from being inclusive and diverse in our membership.

What We’re Looking For:

• An individual who can enhance our continuing goal of achieving a diverse Board of Directors, reflecting our broad watershed community.
• A person who will contribute new ideas and actions.
• An individual with a skillset that can benefit the actions of the Board, including areas such as fiscal responsibility, clear, open and respectful communication, engagement with various watershed community members and a willingness to take on leadership roles.
